摘要
目的了解急性肺损伤小鼠CD54蛋白的表达,探讨血晶素诱导血红素加氧酶-1(heme oxyge-nase-1,HO-1)的表达对于小鼠急性肺损伤(ALI)的影响。方法复制ALI伤小鼠模型,利用蛋白质印迹和流式细胞术方法检测ALI小鼠肺组织HO-1蛋白和CD54蛋白的表达。结果血晶素+脂多糖(LPS)组与LPS组比较,HO-1蛋白差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);LPS组CD54的表达明显高于对照组(P<0.05);血晶素+LPS组与LPS组比较CD54蛋白表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HO-1的诱导表达对于ALI小鼠有保护作用,它降低了肺组织CD54蛋白的表达。
Objective To observe the effect of HO-1 protein on CD54 expression in mice with acute lung injury. Methods The models of mice with acute lung injury were established, and the expressions of HO-1 and CD54 protein were detected in the lung tissue of acute lung injury mice by Western Blot and flow cytometry. Results There was a significant difference in the expression of HO-1 between heroin + LPS group and control group( P 〈 0.05) ,and the expression of CD54 in LPS group was significantly higher than that of control group( P 〈0.05). Conclusion HO-1 induction expression has a protective effect on acute lung injury in mice,which can reduce CD54 protein expression in lung tissue.
