摘要
目的本实验通过观察角蛋白K5、K10、K17在盘状红斑狼疮(DLE)的皮肤组织表达情况,探讨以上指标在DLE的病理改变中的意义。方法本试验以石蜡包埋的10例正常人表皮和20例DLE的皮损组织标本作为研究对象,采用免疫组化SP法检测正常表皮和DLE中K5、K10和K17的表达情况。结果 DLE组皮损处基底层以上角蛋白K5平均光密度值与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。DLE组皮损处基底层以上角蛋白K10平均光密度值与正常组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。DLE患者组皮损处基底层以上角蛋白K17平均光密度值与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 DLE皮损处角蛋白K5、K17的异常表达分别与角质形成细胞在分化过程中存在异常角化和其真皮层炎性细胞浸润有关。
Objective To observe the expression of KS(keratin 5), K10 (keratin 10), K17 (keratin 17 ) in discoid lupus erythematosus(DLE) ,and to explore the meaning of the pathological changes of the keratin in discoid lupus erythematosus. Methods The 10 cases of normal human skin tissues embedded with paraffin and 20 cases of discoid lupus erythematosus tissue samples from skin lesions were enrolled in the study. The expressions of KS, K10 and KIT in normal skin and discoid lupus erythematosus tisssues were detected by immunohistochemisty. Results There was a significant difference in AOD of K14 between the DLE patients with lesions at above basal layer and healthy subjects ( P 〈0.01 ). However there was no significant difference in AOD of K10 at above basal layer between DLE patients and healthy subjects ( P 〉 0.05 ). There was a significant difference in AOD of K17 between DLE patients with lesions at above basal layer and healthy subjects ( P 〈 0.01 ) Conclusion The over-expression of K5 and K17 in skin lesions of DLE patients is correlated with the abnormal keratiuization, abnormal differentiation and inflammatory cell infiltration in the corium.
