摘要
采用激光技术实现直升机旋翼共锥度测量具有结构简单、测量快速和精度高等特点.介绍了采用直升机旋翼切割激光方法进行直升机旋翼共锥度测量的基本原理及实现方法,在原有测量方案基础上,采用分光镜设计了一种新型光路结构,并对测量系统的激光光路、信号采集处理和上位机软件处理等组成部分的实现方法进行了详细介绍.经过模拟试验,所设计的系统满足测量要求,运行稳定.
The laser measurement method for detection of the helicopter rotary-wing pyramidal angle has advantages of simple structure, fast respond and high accuracy. This paper presents the detecting principle and the realization of the helicopter rotary-wing pyramidal angle by laser cutting method. Based on previous measurement scheme, a new laser light path structure is designed by using spectroscopes, and the realization for the design of system components of laser light path, signal acquisition and processing, operating and display in host computer is introduced. The simulation experiment proves the system can fully meet the design requirements and runs steadily.
