摘要
随着矿井深部煤层的开采,采用冻结法施工的井筒穿过的表土层越来越深,深厚表土层冻结施工对井壁混凝土的强度和性能提出了更高的要求,普通混凝土已很难满足井筒设计和施工需要,而高性能混凝土因其具有良好的物理力学性能、工作性能和耐久性能,在煤矿深厚冻结井井筒支护中被迅速推广应用。文章结合工程实例详细介绍了冻结井筒中高性能混凝土施工的工艺和确保混凝土施工质量的施工方法,为提高高性能混凝土在冻结井筒中的施工质量提供了值得借鉴的经验。
With the deep mining of the coal,it is deeper and deeper of adopt freezing construction through the soil.deep frozen construction on the wall made of concrete strength and performance of higher demand,can not meet the normal concrete Shaft design and construction needs,and high-performance concrete because of its good mechanical properties,workability and durability,deep freeze in the mine shaft sinking support has been rapidly developed and applied.In combination with engineering examples described in detail in the freeze wellbore construction process of high performance concrete and to ensure the construction quality of concrete construction methods,in order to improve the performance of concrete in the construction quality of freeze wellbore provides a reference experience.
