The paper begins with the state in international investments between China-Japan.To compare and analyze the survive environment,investment environment,policy environment,humanity environment of Fukuoka of Japan,find difference and barriers and propose relevant suggestions.Through the analysis shows that it is important things to choose the suitable areas for Chinese enterprises＇ investments in Japan and a viable way is to choose the Fukuoka of Japan as a bridgehead in Japan,then throughout Japan as a bridgehead for further radiation.
