摘要
文章认为企业组织惯例形成之前都受到"前惯例"的影响,企业惯例的形成是一个在"前惯例"基础上自我扬弃的过程,这种惯例的综合与创造性运用能力是形成企业之间竞争力差异的根本原因。
This paper consider the practice of enterprise organizations has been formed before the impact of the ＂pre-practice＂.The formation of business practices is a ＂pre-practice＂ based on the self-abandoning process.Such a practice is an integrated and creative ability formed between enterprises and is the root causes of the competitiveness differences.
