知识型企业的人力资本特征——基于权力转移与融资便利视角

The Human Capital Characteristics of Knowledge-Based Enterprises——From the Perspective of Power Transfer and Facilitate Financing

以知识和技能为竞争核心的知识型企业所呈现出的人力资本具有其特殊性。文章研究的是在权力转移和融资环境变化下,知识型企业人力资本特征。研究表明:权力转移对知识型企业的运作效率及内部结构等有影响;融资对知识型企业的利益获得者间的制约及该类企业的边界等有影响;而在权力转移和融资的共同作用下,既会使知识型企业越来越多,也会使这类企业运营中发生更多的道德风险。

The paper studys the human capital characteristics in the knowledge-based enterprises with the change of power transfer and the financing environmental.The paper consists of three parts,in the introduction it mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,in the second part it analysises the impacts that the transfer power and facilitate the financing have on the enterprise human capital;The third part,as the core of the article,studys the impacts that the transfer of power and facilitate financing have on human capital of the knowledge-based enterprises.The results show that：the transfer of power has an impact on the operational efficiency and the internal structure in the knowledge-based enterprises;financing has impact on the constraints between winners of the interests and the borders in the knowlege-ased enterprises;while under the common influence of the transfer power and the financing,not only the number of the knowledge-based enterprises will be more and more,but also there will be more moral hazards in the operating of the enterprises.
