摘要
文章对近年来情绪智力与工作绩效关系的研究进行了回顾和总结,依据组织中不同层次的工作绩效的划分,综述了情绪智力与管理者工作绩效、员工工作绩效、团队工作绩效的关系,并指出了未来研究的五个方向:对情绪智力定义与结构的研究、情绪智力与关系绩效关系的研究、情绪智力影响工作绩效机理的研究、情绪智力与工作绩效关系的实证研究、情绪智力与工作绩效关系研究的本土化问题。
Based on the classification of job performance,the paper reviews the relation between emotional intelligence and manager's job performance,the relation between emotional intelligence and employee's job performance,and the relation between emotional intelligence and team job performance.The paper points out five aspects of future study,and they are the study on the definition and structure of emotional intelligence,the relation between emotional intelligence and contextual performance,the mechanism how the emotional intelligence affects job performance,the support of more empirical researches,and the matter of localization.
