基于Vtune的网络协议性能测试技术

Performance testing of network protocol based on Vtune

提出了一种基于Vtune的网络协议性能测试技术,重点介绍了Vtune的功能及测试原理。作为实际案例,设计一个BGP性能分析系统,采用Vtune实现了对BGP的性能分析。测试结果表明,本测试技术能够快速地实现对一个具体网络协议实现的性能分析,准确地定位该协议实现中的关键性能模块,这对路由协议的优化起到了重要的指导作用。

This paper designs a performance testing of network protocol using Vtune.First,it presents a brief introduction on Vtune,especially the main functions and how does it work.As an example,a system is designed to analyze the performance of BGP.As the results showed in the example,it has been proved to be a very effective method to analyze the performance of network protocol which is very important for the optimization.
