摘要
采用ISSR(inter-simple sequence repeat)分子标记技术,分析了青藏高原东缘甘南地区不同生境块茎堇菜(Viola tuberifera)4个居群的克隆多样性.结果表明块茎堇菜具有很高的克隆多样性,平均克隆大小(NC)均值为1.1029,Simpson指数(D)平均值为0.9921,不同基因型比率(PD)平均值为0.9081,块茎堇菜居群都为多克隆居群.4个居群内的基因型都为局限基因型,未发现广布基因型,居群间克隆多样性分化明显.克隆多样性各项指数与生境特征没有明显的相关性.
Clonal diversity of four Viola tuberifera populations in eastern Qinghai-Tibetan plateau are determined by using ISSR(inter-simple sequence repeat)mark.The result show a relatively high clonal diversity existed in four populations.Averages of average size of genotypes(NC),proportion of distinguishable variations(PD)and Simpson's index(D)are 1.1029,0.9921 and 0.9081,respectively.The result indicate that four populations of V.tuberifera are multi-clones.The genotypes within four populations are local,but no widespread genotypes are found,indicating a significant clonal differentiation between four populations.The correlation analysis indicate no significant correlation between index of clonal diversity and characteristics of habitats.
