摘要
为了深入研究红外探测器杜瓦内部的冷光阑的消杂光作用,在原有的圆柱形冷光阑基本结构的基础上,按照冷光阑和挡光环的消杂光设计原理,提出了冷光阑-挡光环的四种不同组合的结构设计。首次采用LightTools软件模拟了设计实例,并对挡光环和冷光阑的结构形状进行了全面的对比分析。结果表明,在挡光环方面,垂直挡光环的效果更佳;在冷光阑方面,圆锥状二阶冷光阑的效果更佳。最后得出,四种结构中带垂直挡光环的圆锥状二阶冷光阑设计的效果更佳。
To further study the stray light suppression effect of a cold shield in a Dewar,four different combinations of cold shields and vanes are put forward according to the basic structure of the original cylindrical cold shield and the design principles of a cold shield and a vane.The four combinations of cold shields and vanes are simulated and analyzed by using the Light Tools software.The analysis results show that among the vanes,the vertical one is better and among the cold shields,the conical second-order one is better.It is finally concluded that the conical second-order cold shield with a vertical vane is the best one of the four combinations.
