摘要
目的研究β-环糊精(β-CD)包合银翘解毒颗粒中挥发油的最佳制备工艺。方法采用正交实验法,以包合物的包合率和收得率为评价指标,优化挥发油β-CD包合物的制备工艺。结果最佳包合工艺条件为挥发油与β-CD的比例为1:8(mL:g),包合温度为60℃,搅拌时间为2 h,β-CD与水的比例为1:10(g:mL)。结论该法可用于银翘解毒颗粒中挥发油包合物的制备,挥发油的稳定性在包合物中得到提高。
Objective To study the optimum preparation technology for volatile oil-β-cyclodextrin inclusion in yinqiao jiedu granule. Methods The study was carried out by orthogonal design,taking the rate of inclusion and recovery as the appraisement criteria,to optimize the preparation technology. Results The optimum preparation technology were as follows: volatile oil: β-cyclodextrin being 1:8,inclusion temperature at 60 ℃,mixing time as 2 h,β-cyclodextrin and water ratio as 1:10. Conclusion The method can be used for preparation of volatile oil-β-cyclodextrin inclusion in yinqiao jiedu granule,in which the stability of the volatile oil can be enhanced.
