摘要
采用新型电阻法研究了棒状45钢在0.1,0.3,0.5mol/LH2SO4溶液中腐蚀后的电阻与腐蚀深度的关系,建立了腐蚀深度与电阻的关系式。结果表明:用该关系式计算出的腐蚀深度精度可达0.07μm;在测量范围内(腐蚀深度<217.25μm),新型电阻法计算与测量出的腐蚀深度差值小于3.25μm,平均差值为2.39μm。试样半径较小时,用新型电阻法计算的腐蚀深度误差更小;试样半径较大时,用传统电阻法计算的腐蚀深度误差更小。
A novel resistance method was used to study the relation-ship between resistance and corroded depth of 45 steel bar in 0.1, 0.3, 0.5 mol/L H2SO4 solutions, and an equation was established to correlate the resistance and corroded depth of the steel bar in H2SO4 solution. Results indicate that the corroded depth of the steel bar in H2SO4 solutions can be calculated at a precision of 0. 07 μm by using the established equation. Within the measurement scope ( corroded depth below 217. 25 μm) , the difference between calculated corroded depth and measured one was below 3. 25 μm, and the average difference was 2. 39 μm. For 45 steel bars with small radii, the error of corroded depth measured by the novel resistance method was smaller than that measured by the traditional resistance method. While for 45 steel bars with large radii, the error measured by the traditional resistane method was minor.
