摘要
运用Maxwell3D和ADAMS建立交流电磁接触器的仿真模型,完成了主触头系统的仿真。分析了吸力随气隙的变化、触头弹簧运动,并搭建了虚拟样机。结果表明,该仿真分析有助于研究接触器的主触头系统。
The simulation model of AC electromagnetic contactor was built by Maxwell 3D and ADAMS soft-ware,and the main contact system was simulated.The variation of attraction according to air gap and the motion of contact spring were analyzed,and the virtual prototype was set up.The results showed that the simulation could help research of main contact system of contactor.
