摘要
介绍了一种通过PLC控制步进电机伺服调节自耦合变压器实现10kVA低压大电流输出装置的硬件方案。详细介绍了稳流控制的算法与实现过程。试验表明,该试验装置稳流速度快、精度高。
The hardware scheme of regulating self-coupling transformer to realize a 10 kVA low voltage heavy current test device by PLC's driving step motor was introduced.The regulated current control method and realization were given in detail.The experiment results indicated that the test device could run at higher rate and precision.
