The Developmental Research of the Enshi Low-carbon Economic under the Ecological Civilization

发展低碳经济,是节能降耗、保护人类生存发展环境的客观要求,同时也是调整经济结构、建设生态文明的必然选择。在对低碳经济的科学内涵进行探讨的基础上,深入地分析了恩施州低碳经济发展现状以及存在的问题,并针对具体问题提出了相应的对策措施。

The development of low-carbon economy is the objective requirements of energy saving, protecting the environ- ment of human survival and the inevitable choice of the economic structure adjustment and ecological civilization. This paper probes the scientific content of the low-carbon economy, analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the Enshi low-carbon economic from five levels, and finally puts forward specific measures accordingly.
