绩效管理在学校行政管理工作中居于核心地位,有效的绩效管理体系有助于高校的资源配置和目标协调。因此,绩效管理对高校来说具有重要的现实意义。概述了国内外关于绩效管理的相关理论,并指出了目前高校实施绩效管理过程中存在的弊端,如绩效管理计划不严谨、实施过程中缺乏有效沟通、绩效考核过程中存在问题、绩效反馈机制不健全以及绩效考核结果的运用不全面等。得出完善高校行政工作绩效管理的措施有:制定明确的绩效计划;进行持续、有效的绩效沟通;选择适合高校行政管理特性的考评方法;增强绩效反馈的时效性,建立行之有效的激励机制。

The performance management plays a central role in school administrative management. An effective perfor-mance management system helps colleges resurce allocation and objiectives coordination.Therefore,performance management is of realistic significance for higher institutions. Firstly,the thesis overviews the current research actuality about performance management theory at home and abroad,and then points out that the deficiency in the course of the performance management for the administrative tasks at present. Finally,with the analysis above, put forward the advice to explore a new thought of performance management in college.
