摘要
索赔是合同管理的重要组成部分,在目前监理取费偏低的情况下,监理单位加强索赔工作,有利于维护自身的合法权益。分析了我国监理单位索赔的现状,提出监理单位索赔的必要性和可行性,建立监理单位索赔程序化模型,提出了监理单位索赔注意事项并对如何强化索赔意识、有效提高索赔效益、发挥索赔管理最大作用提出了相应措施。
Claim is an important component contract management part in the supervision fee of the low current circum- stances, the supervision of the work units to strengthen the claim, you conducive to safeguarding their legitimate rights and interests. This paper analyzes the status of project management units claims, the claims put forward the need for supervision units and the feasibility of establishing claim procedures and supervision units model, put forward claims note supervision units and how to strengthen the sense of the claim, effectively improve the efficiency claims, claims to play the major function of management measures proposed.
