三级供应链的库存博弈

摘要 研究了在随机需求以及考虑缺货成本的前提下,针对由生产商、分销商以及零售商组成的三阶段供应链,分析了独立决策与联合决策的库存成本,以及在信息共享的条件下协调的有效性条件。采用转移支付的协调策略,提出了使得三方总成本最小化,并使得供应链最优化的方法。最后,实例说明了该方法的有效性。 The paper studies the inventory cost of a supply chain consisting of three echelons of manufacturers, distributors and retailers and analyzes the difference between independent decision-making and joint decision-making when faced by stochastic demand and shortage cost as well as the effectiveness condition of coordination with symmetric information available to the supply chain participants. It then demon- strates the optimization of the supply chain through minimizing total cost of the three echelons by transfer payment which is verified as effective by a subsequent example.
