摘要
首先在分析现有研究文献基础上指出物流建设项目全寿命管理的动态性,并满足最优化原理与无后效性原则。其次,建立了物流建设项目全寿命期管理的动态规划模型,并进行案例分析。最后,分析了现有的管理模式对模型的阻碍以及解决的办法。
On the basis of an analysis of existing literatures, the paper first points out the dynamic property of the life management of logistics construction projects, which satisfies the principles of optimality and no after-effect, then it establishes the dynamic programming model for the life management of logistics construction projects in a ease study, and finally it analyzes the encumbrances to the implementation of the model posed by the existing management practices and offers countermeasures.
