摘要
提出一种基于光电编码器的抗振动测速和判向的方法,并据此研制出以32位嵌入式处理器(LPC2114)为控制器的精确测速系统,同时给出系统的硬件设计、软件设计及测试结果曲线图。本系统已应用于海船螺旋桨直流发电机模拟装置中,证实在转速和转速变化率测量方面具有较高的精度,完全满足该装置的技术要求。
This paper introduces a method of vibration-proof speed measurement and direction determining based on optical encoder, based on this, an accurate speed measuring system is developed, with a 32-bit embedded processor (LPC2114) as its controller. And its hardware and software design and the diagram of testing results are also provided. This system has been applied to the simulating devices of marine ship propeller by using the DC generator. It has been proved that this system is accurate in measuring the speed and relative speed variation and can technically meet the demand of the device.
