摘要
分析了ERP系统对企业集团物流成本管理控制的影响和作用机制,提出了ERP环境下的企业集团物流总成本控制方式,并且借助ERP的集成化管理和成本管理理念,针对企业集团物流成本管理提出了以资源配置优化为目标的物流成本管理途径。
The paper analyzes the influence of ERP system upon the logistics cost management and control of enterprise groups and the mechanism how the influence is exerted,proposes the method for the total logistics cost control of enterprise groups in the ERP environment,and,borrowing the ideas of integrated management and cost management of ERP,presents the approach to logistics cost management that targets at optimal resource distribution.
