摘要
现代物流已成为提升企业核心竞争力的途径,但烟草行业还存在只重视硬件投入,不重视物流管理的问题。分析了现代物流的特征及对企业价值的贡献,指出了烟草物流存在的问题及改进措施。
Modern Logistics has become an important approach to the improvement of enterprise core competence,yet the tobacco industry at large has placed hardware investment over logistics management.In view of the situation,the paper analyzes the characteristics of modern logistics and its contribution to enterprise value and presents countermeasures for the existing problems.
