摘要
分析了ITO的成本与收益,提出了ITO中企业间模块化度的概念,并在此基础上设计了包含有企业间模块化度的影响和监测-惩罚机制的ITO固定报酬契约模型,分析了模型中参数对模型最优解的影响。在外包合同设计研究中,首次定量化分析了企业间模块化度对合同设计影响。
The paper analyzes the cost and revenue of ITO and,based on concepts of technological modularity and inter-enterprise modularity in software outsourcing proposed in Tiwana(2008),puts forth the concept of degree of inter-enterprise modularity within ITO,based on which the titular ITO fixed-pay contract model is worked out,which takes into account the influence of inter-enterprise modularity and includes a built-in monitoring-punishment mechanism.It then proceeds to analyze the bearings of the parameters of the model on its optimal solution and,within a study on the design of outsourcing contracts,carries out the groundbreaking first quantitative analysis of the influence of different degrees of inter-enterprise modularity on contract design,blazing a new path for future studies.
