摘要
利用CAE分析软件进行冲压模具辅助设计,减少实验环节,引入PDM技术对冲压模具数据进行管理;常识性地进行冲压模具研发设计,零部件上的光洁度,尺寸公差、形位公差设计上避免过高、过严的要求,降低制造难度。
The paper proposes to apply analysis software CAE in the assistant design of press tools to reduce experiment links and introduce the PDM technology into the data management of press tools.Meanwhile,it also holds as necessary to design and develop the press tools in a commonsensical manner,and to drop the overly stringent demands on the smoothness of finish,dimensional tolerance and geometric tolerance in the design and development of spare parts in order to lower the difficulty of manufacturing.
