摘要
为探讨提高枯草芽孢杆菌Bv22菌株对茉莉花白绢病防治效果的方法,在测试Bv22菌株在茉莉花根际定殖能力的基础上,测定该菌株以及该菌株与25%戊唑醇可湿性粉剂混配使用对茉莉花白绢病的防治效果。结果表明,Bv22菌株可以在茉莉花根际中定殖,施菌液3 d后Bv22菌体数量逐步增加,20 d后为最大值,25 d后逐步下降,且Bv22菌株定殖根际的数量在各个测定时期均以Bv22菌液与戊唑醇混合施用处理大于单独施用Bv22菌液处理;Bv22菌株与戊唑醇混配使用对茉莉花白绢病的室内和大田防治效果均显著好于两个单剂单独使用时的防效。因此,利用Bv22菌株防治茉莉花白绢病,可以与戊唑醇混配使用,每隔20 d施1次,连续施3次,可提高其防治效果。
The present study was conducted to improve the control effects of Bacillus subtilis strain Bv22 on jasmine sclerotium blight.The control efficacy of strain Bv22 and combined use of Bv22 and 25% tebuconazole WP on jasmine sclerotium blight was tested on the basis of analyzing the colonization ability of strain Bv22 in the rhizosphere of jasmine.The results showed that strain Bv22 could colonize in the rhizosphere of jasmine.The thalli number of strain Bv22 increased gradually after sprayed in soil in 3 days,it reached the max in 20 days and then decreased after 25 days.The colonization population of strain Bv22 with the treatment spayed 25% tebuconazole+Bv22 was more than that sprayed strain Bv22 only in each determination stages.Control effects of 25% tebuconazole WP+strain Bv22 on jasmine sclerotium blight in greenhouse and field were all significantly better than that of inoculating 25% tebuconazole WP and strain Bv22 separately.Therefore,combining use of 25% tebuconazole WP+strain Bv22 and spraying three times at 20-day intervals had good control effects on jasmine sclerotium blight.
