广西耕地质量现状分析及保护对策

Analysis on cultivated land quality and countermeasures for its conservation in Guangxi

文章对广西耕地数量与质量现状进行了概述,从人地矛盾突出、耕地资源重用轻养、土壤污染严重、农田撂荒与农业结构调整、耕地占优补劣、耕地补充重开发轻整理等方面分析了广西耕地质量降低的原因,并提出了将用地与养地相结合,科学用肥用地,提高政策保障能力、科学配置耕地资源,完善耕地征用机制、增加高产田(地)征用成本,依靠科技开展耕地整理、加大中低产田改造整治力度等措施,以提高广西耕地质量,保障耕地资源的可持续利用。

The present paper outlines current quantity and quality of cultivated land in Guangxi.It was opined that the main reasons for decline in quality of cultivated land are the contradiction between more population and fewer cultivated land,using cultivated land without maintenance,soil pollution,discarding cropland due to unavailability of labor force,structural adjustment in agriculture,occupying dominant land and replacing with inferior one,paying more attention to the land developing than the rectification,etc.For improving the cultivated land quality and sustaining the cultivated land resources in Guangxi,the following conservation countermeasures have been worked out： reusing cultivated land with proper maintenance,scientific utilization of land and fertilizers,implementing supporting policies for allocating cultivated land resources reasonably,perfecting the cultivated land requisition system to increase the cost of high-yield fields requisition,consolidating and rehabilitating the cultivated land scientifically,strengthening the improvement of medium-and low-yield fields,etc.
