摘要
小班化教学是世界教育发展的必然趋势。然而,当前"物的逻辑"渗透于、充斥于小班化教学的各个领域,严重地阻碍着它的深入发展。这集中表现在为:实践领域的"唯成绩决定论"、研究领域的"唯经济决定论"。通过对小班化教学产生、发展的根本前提、内在动力和价值诉求的人性根源的揭示可知:"人是目的"是小班化教学的灵根所在与命脉所系。
The Small class is the trend of education.However,its materialization is obstructing the development of small class,including the"only score decision"phenomenon in practice and the"only economy decision"phenomenon in research.Through human nature analysis,this paper believes human is the most important factor in small class.
