摘要 【目的】有效遏制有害杂草轮叶马先蒿(Pedicularis verticillata L.)在巴音布鲁克高寒草原的大面积发生。【方法】综合2006和2007年的单项除草剂化学防除效果,2008年选用2,4-D丁酯和二钾四氯钠盐2种药剂进行化学防除对比试验。【结果】不同时期不同浓度的药剂对轮叶马先蒿的防除效果不同;喷施2种药剂,防除有害杂草轮叶马先蒿的最佳时期均为盛花期;2,4-D丁酯的喷施对禾本科盖度有一定的影响,而二钾四氯钠盐的喷施对禾本科牧草没有影响。【结论】二钾四氯钠盐为灭杀轮叶马先蒿的最佳药剂。 [ Objective ]To control the wide spreading of Pedicularis verticillata in Bayanbulak alpine grassland. [Method]The result of the two years' (2006 and 2007) chemical control using single herbicides were studied, and two kinds of chemical (2,4 - D butyl ester and MCPA) were chosen to control the Pedicularis verticillata for comparison test. [ Result] It turned out that the effect of Pedicularis verticillata ' s chemical control was different at different spraying period and different concentration. The best time was full flowering stage when the two kinds of chemicals were sprayed. There was certain effect on grass family when 2,4 - D butyl ester was sprayed, but the result was opposite to spray the other chemical. [ Conclusion ] MCPA was the ideal chemical for Pedicularis verticillata ' s chemical control.
