摘要
通过选择不同配比的对叔丁基苯酚和甲醛合成了具有不同摩尔质量的对叔丁基酚醛树脂,对制得的酚醛树脂进行了性能测试。结果表明,单体配比的不同不仅对酚醛树脂的结构、性能有着重要的影响,而且对体系的聚合反应也有一定的影响,当酚/醛物质的量比为8/7时影响较为明显。
Tert-butyl phenol and formaldehyde with different ratio was synthesized to be para-tert-butyl phenolic resin with different molar mass and its property was tested.The results indicated the different monomer content not only had important impact on the structure and property of the phenolic resin,but also had a certain influence on the polymerization reaction of the system,especially obviously when the monomer mixture molar ratio was 8:7.
