采用型腔温度控制转压点的研究 被引量:1

Study on Controlling Switchover Mode by Cavity Temperature

摘要 分别对注射成型过程中注射时间转压、螺杆位置转压、型腔温度转压三种不同的转压方式进行了比较。结果表明,采用型腔温度的控制方法可行,并且比传统的控制方法具有更高的精度。 Three different switchover modes in injection molding process were compared,containing switchover modes by injection time,screw position and cavity temperature.The results showed that the controlling switchover mode by cavity temperature was feasible,which had a better accuracy than the traditional switchover mode.
