摘要
从成品库房随机抽取5款不同类型葡萄酒产品,在正常的、相同的存储环境条件下,每款葡萄酒一部分采取正放储存方式,另一部分采取倒放储存方式。储存1年后结果显示,倒放储存方式相对于正放储存方式,5款葡萄酒均表现出明显的优势,即葡萄酒在倒放储存方式下均表现品质稳定、发展良好,在正放储存方式下5款葡萄酒表现出一定程度的缺陷性氧化,有些甚至丧失了葡萄酒应有的品质与风味。
Five kinds of grape wine products were randomly selected from Huaxia Great Wall Co.Ltd.'s storeroom. Under the same normal environmental conditions, each kind of grape wine was divided into two parts in the experiment, one part was for upright storage and the other was for upend storage. After one year storage, the results revealed that all five kinds of grape wine by upend storage had better quality than that by upright storage. All five kinds of grape wine by upright storage displayed certain degree of defective oxidation and some even lost their original flavor and taste.
