摘要
分别采用烘箱变色法和转矩流变仪法对自制的纯有机热稳定剂进行了静态热稳定性和动态热稳定性研究,并与其他4种市售热稳定剂进行了对比,同时在未增塑聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)给水管材中进行了应用性能测试。结果表明:自制有机热稳定剂初期稳定性明显优于市售热稳定剂;长期热稳定性与进口钙锌复合热稳定剂相当;加工性能满足PVC-U给水管材加工要求,能够等量替换使用;RoHS指令检测证明自制有机热稳定剂不含铅、镉等重金属物质,是绿色环保型助剂。
The static and dynamic thermal stability of the self-made pure organic thermal stabilizer were studied by means of drying oven color deterioration method and torque rheometer separately.The thermal stability of the organic thermal stabilizer was compared with four commercial ones.The application performance of the organic thermal stabilizer in PVC-U water supply pipe was studied.The results show that the initial thermal stability of the organic thermal stabilizer is better than that of four commercial ones,and long-term thermal stabilityr is similar with that of imported Ca/Zn compounding thermal stabilizer;the application performance of the organic thermal stabilizer in PVC-U water supply pipe is excellent;the self-made pure organic thermal stabilizer is green additive without heavy metals,such as Pb,Cd,and so on,according to RoHS test.
