摘要
对处于静电平衡状态与非静电的平衡状态导体的静电学性质,采用普通物理学的方法进行了比较与分析,得出了处在静磁场与涡旋电场中的两种非静电的平衡状态下的导体的电荷分布、静电场强度分布以及电势分布的定量结果。
The property of the electrostatic equilibrium and non-electrostatic equilibrium conductor is compared and analyzed based on the universal physical theory. The electrostatic charge distribution, electrostatic field intensity and the potential distribution of a conductor in the magnetostatic field and the induced electric field both in electrostatic equilibrium and in non-electrostatic equilibrium are obtained.
