摘要
教师的发展是教育发展的前提或基础,没有教师的发展,素质教育就是一句空话,也谈不上有教育的全面发展。改革开放30年来,江西高中教师队伍建设和教师专业发展都取得了可喜的成绩,但也存在许多问题,如学历合格率低,专业水准不高,职称结构不合理,教育理念与手段滞后等。笔者认为,改变这种状况需从以下几方面着手:构建教育科研机制,鼓励教师进行教学研究;注重教师反思习惯与能力的培养,建立教师主体的发展体系;加大政府投入,改善学校软硬件设施;构建良好的学校内部支持系统,促进教师专业发展;加快师范教育改革,培养适应素质教育的高素质高中教师。
Teachers development is the premise or foundation for the development of education. Without the development of teachers, quality education is an empty talk, and the education is far from having a full scale development. Although through 30 years' reform and openness, the construction of Jiangxi Provincial teacher team has been strengthened and developed ,and the teachers profession has also been greatly developed, there remain many problems, such as academic qualification is low, teachers professional standards are not high, the job title structure is irrational, and the education ideas and means are of lag.To change this situation, an education and scientific research mechanism has to be built to encourage teachers to conduct teaching research; the school should focus on developing teachers reflection habits and abilities to establish the the system of teachers development; the government should increase investment in hardware and software to improve school facilities; the school should build a good school internal support system to promote the professional development of teachers; teachers universities should accelerate their teachers education reform to train highly qualified senior high school teachers for quality education.
