摘要
限额赔偿制度作为我国赔偿制度中的一项重要制度,在实际操作过程中存在许多问题需要及时完善。从限额赔偿制度的基本理论出发,讨论限额赔偿制度概念以及国内外相关规定,基于我国限额赔偿制度现状,探讨我国限额制度存在的问题,提出完善这一制度的建议。
Limited compensation system is an important one in the compensation system, in which many problems remain to be solved and improved in practice. The article discusses limited compensation concept and relevant rules at home and abroad starting from the basic theory and explores the current problems existing in the system and proposes suggestions on how to improve it.
