经外周静脉团注声学造影剂时间-强度曲线的实验研究 被引量:5

Primary Study of Time intensity Curves with Contrast Enhanced Power Doppler Sonography by Intravenous Administration of US Contrast as Bolus

摘要 目的经外周静脉团注声学造影剂后,分析不同部位和不同剂量的条件下的能量图时间-强度曲线的变化。方法经外周静脉团注声学造影剂后采取造影前后的不同部位和不同剂量下的动态图像,以每秒一帧进行视频强度分析并绘制时间-强度曲线,并分析不同剂量、部位的曲线形态的差异。结果显示在同一剂量下,不同部位的时间-强度曲线是有变化的。从曲线形态上,空腔灌注血管(动脉)的曲线比实质脏器更为拉伸和延展、增强的持续时间长,实质性组织灌注(肾脏)曲线则相对狭窄。随着剂量的增加,曲线出现“平台期”,任何一部位的时间强度曲线均随剂量的增加而延长。但视频强度的峰值很快便达到饱和,而且并不随着剂量增加而增加。结论在进行时间-强度曲线的定量研究中必须掌握好剂量,对比组之间的剂量务必保持一致,使用剂量应该:①没有溢出伪像;②峰值平台期应该短;③寻找能相对不依赖于剂量的方法是解决定量问题的关键。 Purpose Our goal were to describe and quantify the difference of time intensity curves in different postion and dosage in rabbits using contrast enhanced power Doppler sonography.Methods After intravenous administration of FX530 as a bolus,dynamic and continuous poewr Doppler sonography images were captured by capture card.The sonography image per second were analyzed for anatomic distribution of contrast agent and changes in mean pixel intensity over time.Results Mean transit time and the distribution volume of the compartment can affect the shape of the time intensity curve at the same dosage.They cause the spreading out of the time intensity curves in A O compared to the time intensity curves obtained from kidney artery and parenchyma kidney.We also found a plateau in signal intensity can be reached a higher concentrations.The curves that correspond to the lower doses,appear to be peaked,whereas those corresponding to the highest doses appear to be smooth,with flattened tops.Conclusion We think it is best to hold the same dosage and equipment condition when we study time intensity curve.As quantitative study the dosage requirement should be following:①Without artifact; ②Peak plateau is the shorter the better; ③It is good idea to find a way to quantify the dynamic process without depending on dosage. [
