摘要 目的探索钽粉(tantalumpowder)进行支气管造影的效果与方法。方法用自制钽粉与小型粉末雾化器将钽粉雾化后经气管插管吹入动物的呼吸道中,在X线电视监控下显影满意后摄片。结果动物用“狗”共做实验11只次,10只次成功,1只次失败。成功的10只次中左右支气管的上下支均显影者4只次,显示两侧支气管及下叶支气管者6只次。延迟观察在24小时后钽粉全部排出体外,肺部无钽粉的X线存留。病理检查动物的脑、肝、肾、心、血液、气管、支气管内均未发现钽粉存留。结论钽粉是一种良好、无毒且不被吸收的理想造影剂。 Objective To inquire into a result and a method of animal experiments on Tantalum Powder in bronchoradiography.Methods Prepare Tantalum Powder and an atomizer first,atomize Tantalum Powder,and then spray it into the animal′s respiratory passage through endotracheal intubation.Monitored by x ray computer,take x ray photographs when the images are good.Results 11 dogs were enrolled in the study.10 of them were successful and one failed.Of the ten dogs,principal bronchus and lobar brochi of 4 dogs were imaged well,principal bronchus and lobar bronchi inferior of the others were imaged.After 24 hours,all Tantalum Powder were cleared out,especially in the lungs.Pathology examination shows that there was no Tantalum Powder in the blood system,the brain,the kidney,the liver,the heart,the trachea and the principal bronchus.Conclusion Tantalum Powder is a reliable,safe and effective contrast madium which can not be absorbed. [
