摘要
基于湖南省的资源节约型、环境友好型农业发展状况的实际情况,在建立"两型社会"区域农业发展状况指标体系的基础上,采用基于K-means聚类和层次聚类的混合聚类方法,对湖南省14个市州的"两型社会"区域农业发展状况进行评价。湖南省"两型社会"农业发展区域划分的备选方案可为有关部门提供决策参考。
Evaluation of regional agriculture development status on resource-conserving and environment-friendly is significant for promoting the healthy development of regional agriculture economy,particularly for positioning and adjusting regional functions,and the harmony of human beings,economies and environment.This paper presents a combined method of K-means clustering and hierarchical clustering based on an index system of evaluation of regional agriculture development status on resource-conserving and environment-friendly,conducts the clustering with the real-world data on fourteen municipal regions of Hunan province.We work out a set of alternatives of evaluation of regional agriculture development status on resource-conserving and environment-friendly based on the clustering result as the reference to support the decision process of government.
