摘要 本文在探讨具有中国特色的证券市场监管主要内容基础上,提出了加强和完善我国证券市场监管的体系建设的方向。 This paper comes up with the directions to strengthen and improve our securities market supervision system based on researching the subjects of the stock market supervision with Chinese characteristics.
