不同抗氧体系对BOPP专用料热稳定性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用多次挤出法、连续密炼法和氧化诱导期法考察了4种抗氧体系对双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)专用料热稳定性的影响。结果表明,当抗氧体系中抗氧剂1010与抗氧剂168质量比为1?1和4?7时,BOPP专用料的热加工稳定性最佳;抗氧剂1010与抗氧剂168质量比为2?1次之;复合抗氧剂最差。而复合抗氧剂的颜色稳定性最佳。 The effects of different antioxidant systems on the heat stability of biaxially oriented polypropylene were investigated by methods of multiple extrusions, continuous bamburing and oxidation induction time. The results showed that the systems with mass ratio Of antioxidant agent 1010 to 168 of 1 : 1 or 4 : 7 were the best in heat stability, the system with mass ratio of better and the composite worst, but it was the best 1010 to 168 of 2 : 1 was antioxidant system was the in color stability.
