摘要
介绍了FH-40C加氢催化剂在中国石油兰州石化公司重整预加氢装置上的工业应用。结果表明,FH-40C加氢催化剂加氢脱硫、脱氮活性与进口催化剂DN200相当。采用该催化剂后,精制油中硫和氮的质量分数均不大于5×10-7,能够满足指标要求,但其加氢脱砷效果不佳。
Application of catalyst FH -40 C in prehydrogenation system of continuous catalytic reforming unit in refinery of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company was introduced. The results showed that the catalyst FH -40 C was as good as DN 200 in desulphurization and denitrification properties. After FH -40 C was used, the mass fraction of sulphur and nitrogen was below 5 × 10 -7, which could meet the need of product index, but the dearsenic property was not good.
