摘要
中国石油乌鲁木齐石化公司汽柴油加氢精制装置扩能改造时,出现反应进料加热炉热负荷不够,临氢系统压降大的问题。针对上述问题,采取了调整换热流程和加热炉工艺流程,以及对反应进料加热炉改造的措施,使装置综合能耗由620.46MJ/t降至478.59MJ/t,并保证了扩能的顺利进行。
In the capacity expansion of gasoline and diesel oil hydrofining unit of Urumqi Petrochemical Company, the heat load of feed furnace was inadequate and pressure drop of hydrogenation system was high. In accordance with the above problems, the countermeasures of adjusting the heat exchange process, furnace process and revamping feed furnace were taken. The results showed that the energy consumption of the unit reduced from 620.46 MJ/t to 478.59 MJ/t. The capacity expansion could be executed successfully.
