催化裂化催化剂微球装置污水的二次利用 被引量:2

摘要 对中国石油兰州石化公司催化剂厂催化剂微球装置污水回用作成胶用水和分子筛洗涤用水进行了可行性分析和工业应用。结果表明,微球装置污水用作成胶用水后,对胶体产品质量影响最大的质量参数Na2O含量和磨损指数均无明显变化;用作分子筛用水后,分子筛滤饼中Na2O含量也无变化。同时,还减少了污水排放量,并节约新鲜水20万t/a。 The feasibility analysis and application were conducted for reusing waste water from catalytic cracking catalyst microsphere unit to gel forming and molecular sieve washing.The results showed that after the waste water was reused to gel forming,the Na2O content and wear index which significantly affected the gel quality had unremarkable change.As the waste water was reused to molecular sieve washing,the Na2O content in filter cake had no change.Furthermore discharge of waster water decreased significantly,and fresh water could be saved about 0.2 milliont/a.
