以血管表观缺损长度判定实际缺损长度的实验研究

摘要 目的:探讨兔血管表观缺损长度(ApDL)和实际缺损长度(ADL)的定量关系.方法:游离组:24条股动脉随机平均分为3组,将血管游离不同长度(15.0mm,25.0mm,35.0mm)后锐性横断,测量表观游离长度(ApIL)和ApDL,求出生理伸长率(λ)和游离长度增大值(IIL).缺损组:实际游离长度(AIL)固定于35.0mm.18条股动脉随机平均分为5.0mm,15.0mm和25.0MM 3个缺损组,切除相应生理长度的游离动脉段,测量ApIL和ApDL,并对ApDL和ADL进行直线回归分析(含游离组的35.0mm组,按ADL=0处理).结果:游离组直线回归方程ApDL=0.359AIL-4.05,可用ApDL=AIL(1-1/λ)+IIL得到解释.缺损组直线回归方程ApDL=1.60ADL-26.53.可用ApDL=IIL+AIL(1-1/λ)+ADI/λ(AIL=35.0mm)得到解释.结论:兔股动脉的ApDL受到AIL和ADL的双重影响:ADL=(ApIL-IIL)-(ApIL-ApDL)λ,ApIL=AIL+ILL. Objective:To investigate the relationship between ApDL and ADL of rabbit femoral artery. Meth-ods:The influence of Actual Isolated Length(AIL) on ApDL was investigated in section A.Twenty-four femoralarteries(12 rabbits)were randomly divided into three groups. A range of 15. 0 mm, 25. 0 mm and 35. 0 mm ofartery was isolated form perivascular connective tissues(including femoral nerve and vein) and arterial branchesrespectively to clear off longitudinal arterial tethering in different groups. Apperant Isolated Length(ApIL), In-creased Isolated Length(IIL) and ApDL were measured after the artery was transected at its middle portion andsection ratio ( ) was calculated. In section B, the influence of ADL on ApDL was investigated. Eighteen femoralarteries (nine rabbits) were randomly divided into three groups (AIL= 35.0 mm). A segment of 5. 0 mm, 15. 0mm and 25. 0 mm long arteries at physilolgical tension was resected respectively, ApIL, IIL and ApDL were mea-sured. Results: IIL and were unchangeable while a linear relationship existed between Agu and AIL: ApDL=AIL(1 - 1/) + IIL. Data statistic analysis in section A. In section B, ADL didn't influence ApIL and IIL, butincreased ApDL lineally (△ApDL = △ADL/) statistically. Conclusion: An adoptive relationship may exist be-tween ApDL, AIL(or ApIL) and ADL within 35.0 mm range of rabbit femoral artery:ADL= AIL - (AIL + IIL -ApDL)or ADL= (ApIL - IIL) - (ApIL - ApDL)IIL=3. 85 =1. 58
