研发效率对企业绩效的影响:基于企业层面数据的实证研究

The Relationship Between R&D Efficiency and Economic Performance:An Empirical Study Based on Firm Level Data

采用广东省民营科技企业的样本数据研究了研发效率与经济绩效之间的关系。研究结果表明,研发效率只是对企业的总收入和税前利润表现出正面作用,而对企业的工业总产值及净利润的作用却不明显;研发经费投入无论对研发产出还是对企业经济绩效都具有显著的促进作用。

This paper explored the relationship between R＆D efficiency and economic performance using the data of private technological enterprises in Guangdong province. The empirical study results indicate that R＆D efficiency has positive effect on firm＇s income and profit before tax. However, its impact on gross industrial output value and net profit is not significant. In this process, R＆D expenditures have a positive impact on both R＆D output and firm＇s economic performance significantly.
