摘要
目的探讨粉尘与肺癌的发病关系。方法应用扫描电镜、X线能谱分析仪和电子探针,对22例尘肺伴肺癌的肺内粉尘元素进行了观察、检测和分析。结果铝、硅元素明显高于非癌组,铜、锌偏低,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论尘肺伴肺癌内的元素过多或过少,其比值改变在致癌方面可能起着重要作用。
Objective To study the association between dust and lung cancer. Methods 22 cases of coalmine pneumoconiosis with lung cancer were investigated by using scanning electronic microscope, energy disperser X-ray sepectrometer and electronic probe. Results Trace elements Al, Si in dust with cancer is higher than that without cancer (P<0.05).Cu, Zn is less. Conclusion The amount of Al, Zn in dust and the change of Zn/Cu ratio play important role in the pathogenesis of lung cancer.
