晚期鼻咽癌病人放疗后的治疗措施探讨

Treatment methods discussion in advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients after radiotherapy

目的探讨晚期鼻咽癌放疗后病人的合理治疗措施。方法７８例晚期鼻咽癌放疗后病人分三组：化疗组２５例，给以规律标准化疗（顺铂、５－氟尿嘧啶和平阳霉素４～６周期）；综合治疗组２１例，给以上方案规则不规则化疗及中医和生物治疗；对照组３２例不行进一步治疗。结果三组的５年生存率分别为３５．１％，３２．１％和３４．５％。结论晚期鼻咽癌放疗后给以化疗或综合治疗不能提高其５年生存率。

Objective To discuss the treatment methods of advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients after radiotherapy.Methods 78 patients were classified as three groups:chemotherapy group(25 cases)was given regular standard chemotherapy(DDP,5-FU and PYM 4-6 cycles);combined group(21 cases)had irregular chemotherapy, traditional Chinese medicine and biotherapy; control group(32 cases)had nothing but dealing with symptoms.Results the 5-year-survival rate of three group was 32.0%,28.6% and 31.3%,respectively. Conclusion the 5-year survival rate of patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy was not increased by chemotherapy and combined treatments, but there is a little help to their survival quality.
