颈动脉支架植入术后各种因子的动态变化 被引量：2

摘要 颈动脉支架术在治疗颈动脉狭窄中的作用已得到肯定,但同时也存在一定的并发症,如急性期脑梗死、脑出血及远期血管再狭窄等[1].近来研究认为,炎性因子超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、可溶性细胞间黏附分子1（sICAM-1）和凝血因子D-二聚体（DD）、纤维蛋白原降解产物（FDP）等与颈动脉疾病及脑卒中发生密切相关.
