摘要
参考相关产品的国家标准和文献,对牙膏采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取,结合乙酰丙酮比色法测定了洗涤剂中的甲醛。结果表明,该法排除了牙膏产品成分产生的浑浊对样品显色的干扰,为测定牙膏和牙膏原材料中的甲醛含量提供了一种既简便又准确的途径。
There are not complete testing standards or methods for formaldehyde in toothpastes and its raw materials till now in our country. According to related products' national standards and literatures, a determination method was developed: toothpastes are extracted by steam distillation, then the formaldehyde in the distilled solution is tested by using acetyl acetone colorimetry. This method eliminats the interference for the colourably because of turbidity caused by toothpaste components. It provide an easy and accurate way for the test of the formaldehyde in the toothpastes and its raw materials.
